“PRO” CHARGING HOSE INTEGRATED TWO-STAGE VALVE

“PRO” charging hose integrated two-stage valve manufactured from synthetic rubber with high resistance to refrigerant gases and low permeability. Available with 1/4″ and 5/16″ threads, in a length of 1,500 mm. The connections and two-way valves feature color-coded finishes for hose identification: blue (low pressure), red (high pressure), and yellow (service).

They incorporate an integrated two-way safety valve that allows more precise flow control and improves handling safety by preventing thermal injuries. Triple crimping at both ends ensures a robust, leak-free connection. System with mobile depressor: full control of the equipment Schrader valve through the rotating hose control.

PRO charging hoses with valve: technical features

These new hoses with integrated safety valve eliminate finger burns caused by gases, as the installer’s fingers remain away from possible accidental refrigerant discharge points. They incorporate a 360° rotating system on their axis: once threaded onto the equipment, this system allows total freedom of hose movement, ensuring it does not loosen during rotation and preventing possible leaks. Working pressure: 800 Psi (55 bar) – 4000 Psi (275 bar). Suitable for all types of gases, including R134a, R290, R32, and R410A, among others. High-quality hoses, durable and reliable for intensive professional use.

Advantages for distribution and technical point of sale

For distributors, warehouses, and technical hardware stores, this format provides a clear reference for the professional channel. In addition, color identification simplifies product management and classification in displays or stock. On the other hand, the combination of synthetic rubber, reinforced connections, and rotating system provides relevant technical selling points for installers and maintenance companies.
